Of the many life changes I've made, the shift to paleo was truly the healthiest one. One of my favorite discoveries was that 1) I was never hungry and 2) I really liked cooking. My tastiest dish, I'll confess, is my chocolate pudding.
Yes, of all things chocolate pudding is paleo and made of the most interesting ingredients. Because Paleo ascribes to organic and farm raised foods, I'd determined I'd probably struggle a bit with this diet and boy was I wrong.
Avocado is the base for this chocolate concoction, complete with cacao for the dark coloring and dates for the sweet texture paired with avocado. Haas avocados are my preferred choice and well medjool dates.
Try two avocados
handful of cacao
Blend carefully and enjoy.
For added taste some people enjoy adding agave.
