While this concept might seem tricky, it’s fairly simple. On days when you know you’ll be less active consume high nutrient dense low caloric foods to be the most efficient. On days when a lot of activity is going on, consume high nutrient dense foods with caloric volumes that will fuel your body so you are not depleted.
For instance, on days when you’re at your desk all day stick to snacks like almonds, probiotic yogurt, low sugar fruits or protein. When days where you’ll be working out legs, stick to carbs closest to your workout (optimally is in the morning) and then recover with protein and fats like avocado or MCT oil.
After all you are what you eat so aim for lean, nutrient dense and rich in fuel.

Some people define themselves as ectomorphs, endomorphs or mesomorphs. If you have undergone this exercise, I do recommend that you click through the link above to understand the recommended diets for each.

ECTOMORPHS generally struggle to gain weight, are thin with longer limbs.
ENDOMORPHS have a larger bone structure with higher amounts of total body mass and fat mass. Football lineman and powerlifters are frequently endomorphs. 
MESOMORPHS are usually medium bone, don’t store too much fat and are athletic. They also possess a high volume of fast twitch muscles.
Note for body type, be careful to check for the different recommendations for men versus women. They do vary and require serious consideration.
Foods for your blood type
Many people wonder if this will work, well try it and find out. There’s certainly a logic to it based on DNA that’s been researched.

Type A= Agricultural These people tend to do well with a little added starch to their diet and a combination of paleo.
Type B= Balance. These were the nomads who traveled so they required meat and vegetables. They tend to refer to this diet as a culture dependent upon herding and domesticating animals - as their diet of meat and cultured dairy products reflected. Tribesmen that wandered from place to place needed to rely on domesticated animals but also loved their meat. 
Type O= Original. These people do well on a Paleo diet.
Type A+ B= a hybrid. Less than 5% of the population fall under this category as they tend to be born in the city where there’s a higher cross pollination of A and B types.
