It's not the first time you've tried to lose weight. Yo-yo dieting, detoxes, joining a gym to just stop going one day and relapse into your past habits? This time it will be different. People will say you need to be motivated, well you don't. You just have to make a commitment and I'm here to support you on this journey. This is a 12 week commitment. In 12 weeks you will have reset the way you think and the relationship you have with food and with yourself. I've undergone these changes myself and do not recommend anything I have not applied first hand.
